The Jewish Recovery Houses community is very grateful to Wally Kleid and Ina Sirkis for sponsoring our Shabbot dinner of June 19, 2009. We enjoyed a delicious kosher dinner catered by Simchas and Brachas as we welcomed the Sabbath. Thank you Wally and Ina.
Our Shabbot dinners are held at the House of Hope the 3rd Friday of each month and are attended by our staff, board members, donors, residents and interested members of the community. On May 4, 2009, Brett Goldenberg, JRH Program Manager, Michael Rokos, JRH Program Director and Dr. Morton M. Mower, JRH founder traveled to Atlanta and presented “HIGH FIVE YEAR POST-DISCHARGE ABSTINENCE IN HOMOGENEOUS RESIDENTITAL FAITH-BASED SOBER LIVING PROGRAM”.
